Musiol Advisory Limited is a specialist advisory firm focused on helping businesses evaluate key strategic options that will arise for most established businesses from time to time. We assist in the planning, implementation and review of strategic decisions made in response to these opportunities and challenges.
Identifying and evaluating strategic options typically requires businesses and their stakeholders to examine and assess fundamental assumptions and components of their planning, structure and operations.
These options can arise as a result of either positive or negative dynamics. They typically demand a combination of experience, multi-disciplinary technical expertise, commercial awareness and empathy.
While often challenging, successful navigation of these periods and situations is necessary for the resolution of important issues, the optimisation of opportunities and the stability and clear direction of the business for the future.
I am a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland and a member of both the Irish Society of Insolvency Practitioners and the Australian Restructuring Insolvency and Turnaround Association, having qualified with a B.Comm from University College Cork.
I have over 20 years’ experience advising clients facing varied strategic options in Ireland, the UK, the US and Australia.
I am an expert in combining the relevant technical aspects of company law, insolvency, taxation, accounting, management and company secretarial with my commercial experience and knowledge of family and privately-owned business dynamics to deliver bespoke advice and solutions to clients.
I also work closely with advisers to businesses to assist them when their clients seek advice and a broader view of possible options available.
We are always interested in hearing from professionals with insolvency and restructuring experience who are based in the Wicklow area and who may be interested in flexible working arrangements, including working from home.
